ORDERING FROM US
An order will be deemed as placed by completing your transaction via our online checkout. You will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, confirming the products you have ordered.
Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
We may refuse to accept an order where goods are not available, or where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment, or if there has been a pricing or product description error.
All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and can be seen on the product purchase pages.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to cancel your order, you can notify us by email to email@example.com before we have dispatched the goods to you, or, if goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with the clause below.
You can return goods you have ordered from us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The goods must be unopened (unless defective) and with all packaging returned. Unless the liability for the return lies with us, the costs of returning goods to us shall be met by you. We reserve the right to charge a fee of up to 20% of the RRP as a re-stocking/admin charge where goods have been supplied correctly as specified in the customer
Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund equal to the amount paid or an exchange credit as required
Goods will not be returnable in the event that the product has been used, or the 14 day return period has been exceeded.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
